For an unknown amount of time, the trident was sealed inside of [[User:GuyThatExists/Squid|Squid]]'s stomach. However, after Squid was killed by the [[User:GuyThatExists/Four Guardians|Four Guardians]], the trident shot into the house that [[User:GuyThatExists/Lambert|Lambert]], [[User:GuyThatExists/Fiora|Fiora]], [[User:GuyThatExists/Nolan|Nolan]], [[User:GuyThatExists/Repair Guy|Rocko]], and [[User:GuyThatExists/Fox|Fox]] were hiding in. Lambert picked up the trident and was given water-based abilities. Lambert then went out to help the Guardians fight the [[User:GuyThatExists/Tree King|Tree King]] and the [[User:GuyThatExists/Jungle Creature|Jungle Creature]], becoming a Guardian himself.
Lambert would go on to use the trident in his fights against the Jungle Creature's fragments, including the [[User:GuyThatExists/Shadow Squid|Shadow Squid]], [[User:GuyThatExists/Sandal|Sandal]], and a reincarnated Tree King. After these battles, Lambert kept the trident in his house, ready to use it whenever he's needed.
