Eventually, when the dual sequels were being developed, Willham, Mayo, and Monk - who was now the [[Fanon:Four Guardians|Four Guardians]] - are moved into [[Fanon:The Void|The Void]] to help regulate the massive amounts of cut content. Eager to send someone up and be done with the discussion, the Guardians and Willham agree to send [[Mildew]] to the Grove. After making the decision, [[Fanon:Shadow Mari|Shadow Mari]] attacks the Discussion Grounds and sends a beam of [[Shadow]] through Willham, killing him.
