Willham is first seen at the [[User:GuyThatExists/Discussion Grounds|Discussion Grounds]] with his fellow screener [[User:GuyThatExists/Mayo|Mayo]], helping the [[User:GuyThatExists/Flash|Fo]][[User:GuyThatExists/Paint|ur]] [[User:GuyThatExists/Hose|Guar]][[User:GuyThatExists/Ore|dians]] decide on who to send up to the [[Developer's Grove]]. Eager to send someone up and be done with the discussion, the Guardians and Willham agree to send [[Mildew]] to the Grove. After making the decision, [[User:GuyThatExists/Shadow Mari|Shadow Mari]] attacks the Discussion Grounds and sends a beam of [[Shadow]] through Willham, killing him.

He succeeds in erasing the village, but fails to erase the three characters. After threatening to erase them, Rocko convinces him to keep them alive, as they can lead him to Shadow Mari so that he can get his revenge against her.
