* This is one of the few creations capable of damaging [[Hero|The Hero]].
* In the [[Conch Ruins]], The Tiki Head is used in conjunction with the [[Jewel]] to restrict access to certain portions of the level. Once the Jewel is in place, the Heads will move out of the way, allowing the player to progress.
** However, due to the Tiki Head's mechanics, they will cycle between their open and closed state, sometime trapping the player and forcing them to wait.
* Most Tiki Heads usually travel from one area to another, but some of them only fling themselves upwards, causing them to land in the same spot they started at.
