Count Choco used to live in Rapoville but left sometime after darkness began to creep into the village and was at some point captured by the Angler King. After being freed by the Hero and returning to Rapoville, he asks the Mayor if Isaac is still around and walks off to buy some tomato juice. He hands Isaac the Kaorin Bush page from the Book of Life as payment for the tomato juice instead of the requested 100 Rapocoins. Isaac turns this page over to the Hero and asks them to take it to the Mayor. Afterwards, Count Choco can be found in the northeast section of the village.

Count Choco is captured by Wilfre and sent to Lavasteam alongside Chef Cookie and Farmer Brown and enslaved by King Miney to mine Banya crystals. Upon being rescued in Molten River, he expresses his interest to drink lava due to its resemblance to tomato juice. He can be found in the Map Room aboard Turtle Rock after being rescued.

Drawn to Life: Two Realms
Four years later, Count Choco is still living in the village. He plays no role in the story though appears to be interested in counting Humans among his subjects.
