-Fran is a Raposa woman with dirty blonde hair and orange fur. She often wears a redish pink skirt with a light blouse and a pink hairpin.

-As a teenager, she used to date Jack Builde. When he didn't pay much attention to her, she dumped him for his best friend Julian. But, due to a mix of her being emotionally abusive and her being mean and homophobic toward Jack, their relationship didn't last too long.
-Fran grew resentful of Jack and Julian, convinced that the failures of their relationships were purely their fault. She tried finding love elsewhere for a while, but failed and became a bitter person over the decades.
-At some point she moved to Watersong and pursued a career as a wedding planner. Over time she grew close to a baker she often commissioned wedding cakes from.
-When Nixie hired Fran to plan Jack and Julian's wedding, unaware of their past, Fran was initially furious and wanted to sabotage it.
-But after being confronted with her past behavior, and seeing how happy they were, she slowly learned to let them go and embrace a new life where she could improve and be happy.
