He is one of [[Miney]] and [[Moe]]'s exiled siblings, and he is the second youngest brother in the Hallor family. He was exiled from [[Lavasteam]] before the events of ''[[Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter]]'' along with his brother, [[Fanon:Eeny|Eeny]], and the two of them were taken to [[Watersong]]. After some time, Meeny fell in love with [[Rose]] and stayed in Watersong with her, [[Butler]], and [[Miles]]. The two of them would get married, cursing Meeny with the same, soul-attached illness that Rose had. He would also be a victim to [[Fanon:Allight|Allight]]'s campaign, being one of the few people to be taken by Allight as her unwilling host. While under her control, he found out how to harness the power of light using the [[Fanon:Ruby Earring|Ruby Earring]], and when he was freed from Allight's control, he continued to use the earring and light to help fight her.

Later, he and Rose would survive [[Fanon:Ruby|Ruby]]'s Lavasteam bombing. Meeny would later become Miles' [[Fanon:Deputy Mayor|Butler]] and assist him during his time as [[Mayor (Position)|Mayor]]. Meeny would eventually die due to complications with his illness, leaving Miles to rule alone. He would then move to [[Fanon:The Wasteland|The Wasteland]], where he would watch Miles, now as [[Fanon:Salem Rose|Salem Rose]], destroy the housing project and steal the [[Village Orbs]].

Meeny is first seen talking to his brothers, [[Miney]] and [[Fanon:Eeny|Eeny]] about Miney's new advisor, [[Salem]]. Eeny and Meeny are suspicious of Salem, angering Miney and ultimately having the two of them exiled. He sends [[Robosa]] to take them to the edge of town, and [[Moe]] spots them along the way. They get thrown off of the mainland and land in the ocean below, saving themselves on a rock. The two begin to sleep, when Eeny notices that the tide is coming in. The two brothers realize that unless a miracle happens, they won't survive the night and say their goodbyes. Suddenly, they notice a ship coming towards them, captained by [[Galileo]].

Galileo saves the brothers and welcomes them onboard the [[Fanon:Bane of Kings|Bane of Kings]], telling them tales of the color draining in [[Rapoville]] and [[Wilfre]] kidnapping villagers. The three decide to go to [[Watersong]] and speak with [[Rose]]. When they arrive at the village, Galileo explores the village while Eeny and Meeny go to [[Rose's Mansion]]. Eeny and Meeny explain their situation to Rose and [[Butler]], and Butler tells Eeny that Salem is one of Wilfre's alter egos.

As Meeny talks to Rose, Eeny and Galileo return to the mansion, and [[Miles]] asks Galileo about the [[Giant Scribble Monster]] which causes Galileo to enter a PTSD episode. Meeny tries to calm him down by grabbing his back, but this causes Galileo to get even more upset. Eeny pulls Galileo out of the mansion and Meeny asks Miles to talk about his adventure. Eventually, Butler calls Meeny and Rose to a balcony to watch Eeny and Galileo fight [[Leopold]] and [[Francois]]. Meeny joins the fight and calms Galileo down, allowing Eeny and Meeny to bring Galileo back to the Bane of Kings.

As Galileo prepares to leave, Eeny and Meeny decide to stay in Watersong and wish him luck finding his family. They watch him sail off and let Butler direct them to their room. As they take in their surroundings, Miles comes into their room and tells them that they're going on a tour. Miles directs Eeny and Meeny to [[Jivin' Rooftops]], and the three of them travel through the level. Eventually, Meeny takes a break, allowing Eeny to inspect a [[Raposa Statue]]. Suddenly, it comes to life and drags Eeny through the level, forcing Miles and Meeny to run after them.

Eventually, Meeny and Miles catch up to Eeny and the Raposa Statues, so Meeny and Eeny team up to defeat them; Eeny steals one of the Raposa Statue's spears in the process. As they fight, Miles gets into the Altar and helps the brothers cross the gap. They three make their way through the level and return to the Mansion. Miles leaves the two alone in their room, and Eeny reveals that he wants to leave the village and go on adventures. Meeny gets mad, and the two begin to fight. Rose overhears and tries to help the two settle the argument, but fails. Eventually, she uses her power of song to put Eeny to sleep, and sits next to Meeny on the bed, telling him that there's a spare bed in her room, kissing him in the process.

Meeny wakes [[Fanon:Eeny|Eeny]] up a few days after [[Rose]] put him to sleep, and tells him to go outside to the [[Watersong]] docks. Eeny runs out of the building and gawks at [[Fanon:Baki Beard's Revenge|his ship]], thanking Meeny and Rose for the gift. Meeny tells him to go on a maiden voyage to [[Galileo]]'s hometown, which Meeny incorrectly marked as [[Rapocity]] on the map.

A year later, Meeny would be enthralled by [[Fanon:Allight|Allight]] during her campaign in Watersong. However, he was able to free himself from her influence by using [[Color]], a tactic he employs to save Eeny when the Baki Beard's Revenge docks on Watersong's port. However, after saving his brother and trying to blend in with the thralls, he trips and accidentally spills color on the [[Hero]], restoring their form. This alerts Allight to him not being enthralled, so she sheds [[Fanon:Fext|Fext]] from her form and possesses Meeny against his will.

As Allight's host, she gives him the [[Fanon:Ruby Earring|Ruby Earring]], and uses him to manage [[Fanon:Ex-Isle|Ex-Isle]] and ambush the party on [[Turtle Rock]], including [[Mari]], [[Jowee]], Eeny, and the Hero. However, during a fight that ensues between the group and the thralls, Allight sneaks into [[Creation Hall]] and threatens [[Fanon:Banny|Banny]]. Eeny throws some [[Fanon:Mannequite|Mannequite]] shards that were imbued with color, scaring Allight out of Meeny's body and stabbing Meeny in the aftermath.

Back on Ex-Isle, Meeny is healed by [[Fanon:Peppy Lot|Peppy Lot]], and after helping some other thralls, Meeny teleports his group to [[Lavasteam]], where he formulates a plan to use his light powers and [[Fanon:Silas|Silas]]'s electricity to fight Allight. During the fight, their plan works for the most part, although they are ultimately not the ones to defeat her. After her defeat, Meeny and Rose decide to pardon the exiles who helped fight Allight, and that weekend, Meeny is the best man at Eeny and [[Fanon:Puck|Puck]]'s wedding.

Eventually, Meeny marries [[Rose]] and becomes [[Miles]]' step-father, magically binding the two together. This act causes Rose's disease to spread to Meeny, kickstarting his death. In [[Fanon:GuyThatExists' Timeline#2019|2019]], Meeny and his siblings are called together by Miney and [[Fanon:Lydia|Lydia]], who wanted to get everyone together to celebrate Raporia surviving [[Aldark]] and [[Fanon:Allight|Allight]]. They all agree, and Eeny and Meeny decide to stay for dinner before returning home.

====2026====
At one of the celebrations, where the [[Watersong]], [[Lavasteam]], and [[Rapocity]] leaders were all attending, Meeny learns from [[Butler]] that [[Fanon:Captain Cavalier|Captain Cavalier]] has been apprehended by the [[Fanon:Watersong Royal Guard|Watersong Royal Guard]]. However, after [[Fanon:Ruby|Ruby]] breaks into the reception area, Meeny jumps into action, signaling for Rose to leave with [[Fanon:Lock|Lock]]. As Ruby tries to attack Miney, Eeny and Meeny stop them, with Meeny putting them in a headlock. However, he is knocked to the ground.

On the ground, he sees a bomb that Ruby threw under the table, with only three seconds remaining. He alerts the room and scrambles to his feet, sprinting into the hallway away from the blast. He manages to survive the explosion and meets up with Rose, Lock, [[Fanon:Moseus|Moseus]], and [[Fanon:Angelia|Angelia]] outside the palace as it explodes and crumbles to the ground. Ruby announces [[Miney]]'s death to the group, and then vanishes before they can be apprehended.

When Rose dies, [[Butler]] steps down from the role of [[Fanon:Deputy Mayor|advisor]], and Miles chooses Meeny to replace him. 

In [[Fanon:GuyThatExists' Timeline#2042|2042]], [[Mari]] holds a meeting of the [[Fanon:Creator's Alliance|Creator's Alliance]], where they discuss [[Wilfre]] still being alive. Annoyed that Mari was withholding information from them, Miles and Meeny discuss pulling out of the alliance, something they do when Mari blames the [[Creator]] for harboring Wilfre. They are joined by [[Russet]] and [[Fanon:Metis|Metis]], and the three mayors leave the meeting. On the way home, Meeny asks about the World Gates, causing Miles to go on a tangent about their history.

Six months later, Meeny calls Miles into his room and asks Miles to start a family. Miles catches wind onto what's going on and begins to cry for his father. Meeny holds onto Miles' hand as he passes away and disappears, giving Miles a push in the direction of fighting Wilfre.

After [[Fanon:Salem Rose|Salem Rose]] comes to The Wasteland and destroys the [[Stellar Showdown]] Housing Project, Meeny appears to [[Fanon:Milfre|Milfre]], [[Fanon:Steven|Steven]], [[Mayor]], and [[Fanon:Athys|Athys]]. He explains that the being that attacked them wasn't Miles, but was some demented version of him. Meeny begs Milfre to not kill Miles unless absolutely necessary. She agrees to his terms and flies off to finally confront Salem Rose.
