They are quite different from standard [[Blaster Bot]]s, as they stay in place while shooting electric balls at the player upon being encountered, and can only be defeated with the [[Space Station#Creations|Weight]]. They appear in two standard stages in the fourth world in the game, [[Space]].

Heavy Blaster Bots are wide, purple cylindrical robots with a protruding blaster at the front. Their green eyes take up seperate sides, and move in place via black motor wheels on the bottom.

* This enemy may have been inspired by the [[Wikipedia:Dalek|Daleks]] from the [[Wikipedia:Doctor Who|Doctor Who]] franchise, having a similar structure and attack formation, albeit more stylized and stiff.
** The cylindrical body shape may also be inspired by the [[Wikipedia:Star Wars|Star Wars]] character [[Wikipedia:R2-D2|R2-D2]].
* Heavy Blaster Bots, as well as [[Fire Spirit]]s and [[Giant Eel]]s, are the only enemies that can't be defeated by normal means.
** The Heavy Blaster Bot can be defeated via a [[Space Station#Creations|Weight]], however.
