She is one of the residents [[DoodlePants]] can save and bring to [[Bikini Bottom Home]].

Pearl is a grey Sperm Whale, and is considerably taller than other [[Bikini Bottom]] residents. Her blonde hair is tied up with a pink scrunchie into a ponytail, and a heart shape on her upper lip that changes when she kisses someone. Her blue, oval eyes contain six eyelashes each and reside at each end of her face, giving her monocular vision. Her attire consists of a pink cheerleader shirt with the letter "P" on it, magenta skirt and white go-go boots.

During the opening events of [[Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition]], Mrs. Puff was taken hostage my an army of [[Doodle Dude]]s conjured up by [[DoodleBob]]. She is rescued by [[DoodlePants]] in [[Bikini Bottom]]'s fourth level, [[BiBo Industries]], and thanks them for it. She plays no major role in the story beyond this, instead residing at [[Bikini Bottom Home]] for the rest of the game.
