Barbra Cookson is Scarlett Cookson's little sister. She works at a small convenience store just outside the city.

She is an extremely anxious person who gets stressed out very easily. While she does have some interests, she doesn't know what to do with her future. It causes her a bunch of grief sometimes.

While she doesn't have a super identity , at some point she may gain the power to borrow other peoples super powers.

the first of the supers she meets (aside from her sister, who she's unaware is a hero for a long while) is Jay. And she meets him after he has eaten all those cheesecakes and is running away from the city to temporarily hide from the law. Anyway, Barbra is working late at a small convenience store just outside the city when Jay comes in looking extremely ill. She lets him use their bathroom (in protest to her boss who refuses to let non-customers use them), and when finding out he has nowhere to go Barbra lets him stay with her for a while. It doesn't take too long after that for Jay's super identity to be revealed lol

Also please imagine a spin-off series with Jay and his little apprentice Barbra fighting for what's right in the town next door. Also Scarlett appears a lot!)
