Tobias is first seen when [[Fanon:Colepere|Colepere]] and [[Fanon:Juliette|Juliette]] raid a [[Watersong]]-based [[Fanon:All-Lite|All-Lite]] sweatshop, as she is grabbed by Juliette to be interrogated. After answering all of her questions, he and [[Fanon:Glade|Glade]] are thrown in jail. Glade correctly assumes that Tobias gave up information on the All-Lite trade, so she offers to break him out of jail and protect him from "Cap'n". Tobias agrees, and the two of them head to the [[Fanon:Moon Shadows|Moon Shadows]]' hideout.

When they arrive, Tobias and Glade come face to face with [[Fanon:Captain Cavalier|Captain Cavalier]], his crew, and the other Moon Shadows, who all introduce themselves to Tobias to keep him from running. As Tobias wraps his head around the situation, he is given a new job in the company - a distributor in [[Rapocity]]. After learning about his new role, [[Fanon:Baki Stache|Baki Stache]] sails him to Rapocity, and he moves into the basement of [[Fanon:The Bottom Ass|The Bottom Ass]].
