Neve is the third planet from the Sun and the only planet known to support life. About 24.8% of Neve's surface is land consisting of continent and islands. The remaining 75.2% is covered with water, mostly by salt-water oceans, seas, and gulfs as well as freshwater lakes and rivers.

Neve is the only planet in the solar system to naturally support all three physical states of water. The polar regions are perpetually covered in a thick layer of ice, while liquid water accounts for the rest of the hydrosphere, along with water vapor in the atmosphere.

Due to its position from the Sun, Neve is classified as a habitable ice planet. Average temperatures range between -40°C at the poles to 20°C at the equator, with 9°C being the average summer-time temperature in most temperate parts of the world.

Neve has one moon, Lua, which is responsible for Neve's tidal forces. The pair makes one full rotation around the Sun in approximately 360.2 days. Neve's axis of rotation is slightly tiled with respect to its orbital plane, causing the hemispheres to experience mild seasons.

Raposa are the dominant lifeforms of the planet, with approximately 708,000,000 individuals calling it home. Raposa continue to have a large impact on the ecology of their planet, having colonized a majority of the land area available.

Capital

Capital is the largest and most populous country on Neve. Capital consists of the mainland, the largest complete continental mass on Neve, Origin Island (the southernmost island landmass), Frozenini (the northernmost island landmass), and a chain of archipelagoes bordering Watersong to the northeast.

Capital, being the origin of the Raposa species, is considered the most culturally and spiritually important country. In addition to its rich history, owing to this fact, it is also the most economically important, as the head of the global RapoToken currency system. Due to its large and diverse land area, economic strength, cultural importance, and high number of warp gates (allowing for greater transportation efficiency), Capital is considered the only true superpower on Neve.

Watersong

Capital is the smallest and most second-most populous country on Neve. Watersong consists of the main island and nine minor outlying islands. Watersong borders Capital to its west and shares a minority claim of the Capital-Watersongchain archipelagoes to its north. Watersong borders Lavasteam, it's closest economic partner, to its east.

Watersong spans the subtropic and arctic climate belts. About 70% of Watersong's total population reside in densely-packed urban areas near the southern tip of the main island where warm tropic gyres create mild winters. With the exception of marble from the northern hills region and the world's only coral reef ecosystem on its southern coast, Watersong is considered very resource-poor. Despite this, Watersong maintains the largest GDP by way of its tourist industry and artistic exports.

Watersong has the lowest average elevation of all landmasses on Neve, barely above Galacia. Watersong is geologically inactive and devoid of true mountains. Because of this, it is speculated that Watersong split from the mainland of Capital, rather than form from volcanic activity, some 100 million years before creation.

ForestStream

ForestStream is the second largest country by land area and third-most populous country on Neve. ForestStream consists of a main island-continent and thirteen minor islands. ForestStream borders Lavasteam to the west, and Capital to the east. Out of all of ForestStream's islands, only its largest and most eastward one is permanently populated, with the remaining islands serving as nature reserves. ForestStream is the world's largest producer of wooded materials, and second largest exporter of agricultural and manufactured goods, behind Capital and Lavasteam respectively.

Out of all the recognized countries on Neve, ForestStream is the only one which was not founded by Genesis Raposa around 4 A.C.. Instead, ForestStream was settled settled in 321 A.C by Galacia and Capital in pursuit of lands not corrupted by Shadow. However, as settlements on the continent grew, so did demands for a working government. Strapped for resources during The Reconstruction period following The Fall, both countries pulled out support for ForestStream leading to it becoming its own independent nation over the next ~300 years. Nevertheless, some ForestStream territory is disputed by the original settling countries, namely its eastern and western-most islands; however, these claims are not considered valid by the remaining three world governments as neither Capital nor Galacia has had sustained settlements on these islands in over 200 years.

Most of ForestStream experiences a temperate climate, while the most northern peninsula experiences arctic conditions. ForestStream has two prominent mountain ranges formed by ancient plate activity. However, due to a lack of recent mountain-building and heavy weathering, these ranges do not produce a rain shadow, allowing the heartland to receive ample rainfall.
