Banya crops take up a 1×5 tile space and produce a unit of Banya when maturity is reached. Banya plants do not need to be replanted. After planting once, the plant will continue to grow both Banya and Banya seeds (as well as the occasional plant matter) as long as the crop is watered.
Banya can rarely be found on Garden and Forest planets, or purchased from Raposa merchants in seed and item forms.
Racial Descriptions
| Apex | A bland plant with little return. It must be processed before consumption. |
| Avian | The staple food of the Raposa. It's nothing like an avesmingo, but it has a pleasant taste nonetheless. |
| Floran | Floran likesss the weird corn. |
| Glitch | Confused. It looks like ordinary corn, but it's commonly used as a grain. |
| Human | So this is what Raposa are always talking about? |
| Hylotl | A sweet, starchy, vegetable. It's at least better than corn. |
| Novakid | Well that's some strange tastin' corn I reckon. |
| Raposa | Banya is so versatile... We use it to make nearly everything back home. |
Kaorin Bush
seed | |
Tangy and nutritious, Kaorin is an amazing garnish if you boil away the poison.

Kaorin crops take up a 1×5 tile space and produce up to two units of Kaorin Berries when maturity is reached. Kaorin plants do not need to be replanted. After planting once, the plant will continue to grow both Kaorin Berries and Kaorin seeds (as well as the occasional plant matter) as long as the crop is watered.
Banya can rarely be found on Snow and Jungle planets, or purchased from Raposa merchants in seed and item forms.
Racial Descriptions
| Apex | A berry used as an additive to many Raposa meals. Its unprepared form contains a high amount of leptin and scopolamine. |
| Avian | Hmm... This berry must be very nutritious. I feel full after just one bite. |
| Floran | Floran feelss f-funny. |
| Glitch | Cautious. This plant should not be consumed raw, but does add nutritional value to meals when boiled. |
| Human | The fruits look delicious. I'm sure a small taste wouldn't hurt... |
| Hylotl | A plant in the nightshade family. I should boil the fruit to inactivate the toxins. |
| Novakid | I reckon these would make a nice snack for my travels. |
| Raposa | We add boiled kaorin to a variety of meals to increase the nutritional value. It also adds a wonderful, savory, taste. |
