Moon Grove is the second level in the Forest Gate.
Like most other levels, Shadow Goo is splattered around Twilite Woods. The Hero can clear the Shadow Goo for an end-level bonus.
Story
After the player successfully restores the Night Sky by finding its template in Twilite Wood, it becomes so dark that none of the Raposa can see anything. Meanwhile, the recently rescued Zsasha takes advantage of the darkness to steal various objects from Rapoville. The player is then tasked to find the Moon template in Moon Grove so that the Raposa are finally able to see again and figure out who's been stealing their things.
After the player rescues Cricket from the level, he will aid in the investigation once the Moon is re-drawn in the Night Sky.

Trivia
- Cricket is rescued in this level, and in The Next Chapter he can be rescued in Lunar Rise which also refers to a moon.
- It is possible to die, even using the Invincibility Cheat, if The Hero is pushed off-screen in the space-shooter segment.
- Various crashed rocketry and satellites appear scattered around the space section of Mood Grove, suggesting that the Raposa themselves have some sort of basic, chemical based, space capable technology.
- This is later confirmed in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter with that addition of Galactic Jungle, an advanced spacefaring civilization.
