Uptown Bikini Bottom is the first proper level in Bikini Bottom and the Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition game in general, following the Tutorial. Four sections make up this stage - not including the end goal - all of which are coated in Doodle Scribble.

Four creations are first drawn here, and three Bikini Bottom Home residents can be rescued within the level.

After Spongebob gets rescued from the Doodle Dude army, he, Patrick and DoodlePants observe the damage done to Bikini Bottom. Patrick panics upon stepping on something squishy, which turns out to be Squidward's tentacles. He vents to the trio over his clarinet being stolen, and demands SpongeBob and Patrick repair his house while DoodlePants goes on the game's adventure. After picking a helper, DoodlePants ventures to Uptown Bikini Bottom, where Mr. Krabs is rescued alongside two other residents. Mr. Krabs reopens the Krusty Krab after being rescued, and it acts as the in-game shop for the rest of the game.

Patrick: Look, SpongeBob! It's Mr. Krabs! He's alive!
Mr. Krabs: Come, lads! Get your emergency supplies here! Bring the booty ye collect to the Krusty Krab!
SpongeBob: Woo hoo, the Krusty Krab is back in business! I've never been this happy!
Squidward: I assume you're going to keep working us to the bone for the same measly wages.
Mr. Krabs: Aye, that's right. And with all this destruction, we'll need a new menu. You scallywags can come up with the ideas!

Cuts to Draw Mode

Prompt: Draw a new health pickup to replace hearts in the game! Bring your coins and buy extras at the Krusty Krab!

Cuts back to the scene

Mr. Krabs: Yo-ho, me bucko! Hey, this doesn't look half bad! You sailors stop by and buy a few of these, okay?
Prompt: The Krusty Krab announces it's grand Re-opening! Use the coins you collect during your adventure to purchase special items and gizmos!

Trivia

  • Rescuing Mr. Krabs is required in order to clear the level, as he reopens the Krusty Krab right afterwards.
