Like many other games, most of the Drawn to Life games had cheat codes the player could input in order to unlock content, play with variables or enhance stats. These are all the known cheats and codes in the Drawn to Life series.
Enter Draw Mode and press the following buttons, while holding down the L button. These codes also work in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter.
- B, B, A, A, X - Unlock Animal Templates
- Y, X, Y, X, A - Unlock Robot Templates
- Y, A, B, A, X - Unlock Sports Templates
- X, Y, B, A, A - Alien Templates
Pause the game, then hold L and press these codes to unlock it for the level:
- X, Y, B, A, A - 5 Lives
- A, X, B, B, Y - Invincibility
- Y, X, Y, X, A - Heal all damage
- B, B, A, A, X - 30 Ammo
The main menu of Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition has a Cheat Menu, which allows codes for added coins, enhanced powerup time and three Draw SpongeBob pages to be unlocked.
- Down, Down, B, B, Down, Left, Up, Right, A - 9,999,999 Coins
- L, Left, R, Right, A, B, X, Y - Unlimited Powerup Time
- A, B, B, Y, X, R, L, X, Up, Left, Right - Unlock DoodleBob page
- B, X, Y, Y, A, A, A, R, L - Unlock Patrick page
- Y, X, Up, Down, A, B, Right, Right - Unlock Gary page
There is a single known cheat code hidden in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii), which can be accessed in the Pause Menu.
- Hold Wiimote upside down
- Press A, B, C, then Up on the D-Pad relative to the Wiimote's position
- The player earns 100 free Rapo-Coins.
At least one other cheat code exists to unlock some Hero templates, though it is currently unknown.
Trivia
- Drawn to Life: Two Realms is the only game in the entire Drawn to Life series to not have cheat codes.
- If you use the 5 Lives cheat in Drawn to Life while having over five lives, your lives will go down to 5.
- Similarly, if you use the 30 ammo cheat with over 30 ammo, your ammo will go down to 30.
- A flyer was released with some copies of Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii) revealing the coin cheat.
- When using Drawn to Life's invincibility cheat, the player will be immune to enemy attacks, cold water, and pools of shadow goo, with enemies dying instantly upon encountering them.
- Bosses will not die or get hurt on contact, although they are impervious against the player. Bosses must be defeated via the normal method regardless of whether the code was inputted.
- Falling into holes will still result in losing a life.

- When inputting the template codes in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter, the player must be used inside Creation Hall, and cannot input them while drawing a Hero.
