Katie, much like Delilah, was made by the creator instead of being born. She had lived in multiple foster homes before she ran away to live by herself.
Appearance
Story
Delilah found Katie one day all by herself. Seeing a resemblance, Delilah claimed she was her sister. Katie initially rejected this idea, but eventually grew to like Delilah. She then moved in with Delilah and her new parents. Although she likes to go out on her own a lot, and often isn't home at all. Nobody is sure of what she does by herself, but her family doesn't mind giving her space.
She still goes to the same school she did when she lived with her foster parents. Delilah and her family offered to homeschool her since she struggled. But Katie refused to leave her school because her crush attended the school as well. She would do anything just to date them. Or even be near them. Sometimes she remembers her old foster parents, and thinks about what they would do in her shoes. And sometimes she has fantasies about what ways she could get them all to herself. And sometimes that involves awful things like killing off people. But Katie will often realize how awful these thoughts are, and feel awful about it. Because she's ashamed with herself, she keeps her crush a secret from her family.
Oh and her eyes glow in the dark by the way!
