Coloring Book is an interactive side mode in Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition. Each page is collected after a certain amount of Bikini Bottom citizens are saved and Doodle Scribble is erased, and can be available to purchase at the Krusty Krab.
This mode features similar gameplay to this games' Draw Mode, only with the paint tool permanently selected. The player can choose between all 23 color palettes - with 15 colors each - to customize their coloring. Only one picture is available to start with, with the other seven being unlockable through progression in the main game.
Trivia
- Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition is the only game in the series to feature a Coloring Book mode.
- Unlike the standard Draw Mode, the player can switch between the color palettes without the colors changing within the drawing as a new one is selected.
- There are five unused Coloring Book pages in the game files: Happy Squidward, the Krusty Krab, Cowboy Patrick, Gary and Plankton. It is unknown why these were cut.
- The last of these is the sole appearance of Plankton in this game.
