The Doodled Tower is the fifth and final level in Bikini Bottom, and where the fight against the first boss in the game, Doodled, takes place.

Story
After clearing BiBo Industries, DoodlePants and the rest of the group encounter Doodled Tower. Patrick finds the tower facinating, but Squidward warns him not to go near it, as it's the headquarters of the Doodle Dudes that have been rampaging all over Bikini Bottom. Spongebob calls out after spotting DoodleBob coming over, and Squidward orders him to hand over his stolen clarinet back. SpongeBob gets the idea to have DoodlePants initiate a conversation with DoodleBob, and the two begin to communicate via Doodle Language. Squidward eventually gets impatient, and DoodleBob leaves the area upon spawning Doodled.
After Doodled's defeat, SpongeBob and Patrick celebrate with glee, only for Squidward to remind them that they still need to chase after DoodleBob. SpongeBob finds footprints belonging to him and suggests following them, but Squidward insists they leave it to DoodlePants while they repair his house.
After Dialogue
- Patrick: Wow! He did it! DoodlePants just wiped out the monster!
- SpongeBob: You did it! For a second there, I was a little worried...
- Squidward: Hey, you guys! Aren't we forgetting something very important?
- SpongeBob: Important...? Oh, my! You're right! I haven't fed Gary all day!
- Squidward: Not that! I'm talking about going after DoodleBob - your evil alter-ego?!
- SpongeBob: It looks like he escaped into the wilderness. We just have to follow his trail of Doodle tracks!
- Squidward: Leave that to DoodlePants! My house needs fixing back in Bikini Bottom!
- SpongeBob: Oh, yeah. Good luck, DoodlePants!
Trivia
- If the player is fast enough when rubbing the Touch Screen, Doodled can be defeated with as little as six stomps and two rounds of erasing Doodle Scribble.
- They can also bounce on the front of Doodled's arms to get to it's head quicker.
