Hans is a minor character in the SpongeBob SquarePants TV series and Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition. He acts as an escort for DoodlePants upon exiting a standard stage.

Appearance

Hans takes the form of a disembodied hand, whose fingers are always seen folded together. His attire is comprised of a single black sleeve, which resembles that of a naval jacket.

Story

During the events of Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition, Hans is always there to escort DoodlePants out of a standard stage whenever they clear it. Hans plays no major role in the story beyond this.

Trivia

• Like all of Hans' other appearances, the arm used was provided by the late SpongeBob series artist Peter Bennett (1967 - 2024).
• The player can still pick up any nearby spawned coins during the victory pose after beating the Doodle Revenge boss stage when Hans takes them offscreen.
