The Inter-Council Monitor is a screen featured in the Jungle section of Galactic Jungle in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter. It is utilized by The Council to broadcast new rules and laws they have created and put into place to citizens of the DOT ROT POT USF.
Appearance[edit]
The Inter-Council Monitor takes the form of a cyan-colored screen, with steel casing and yellow circles around the lower edges. The top of the monitor houses a face carved onto a pink sphere, with similarly yellow bulbs protruding from the sides.
Story[edit]
Before Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter[edit]
After Galactic Jungle's the previous mayor died without a successor, Click and Wilfre created The Council in secret in order to restore order to the village. Click later began passing and enforcing more absurd, controlling laws through use of The Council, the Inter-Council Monitor and S.P.U.D., all while pretending to be a messenger.
Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter[edit]
The monitor is first seen in-game right as Unagi, Zsasha and Cricket arrive at Galactic Jungle from Wilfre's portal, displaying the "No-Run Zone" law. Not long after, S.P.U.D. arrives to arrest all three of them for failing to fill out form 515-C in triplicate, running in a no-run zone and eating without the presence of a health official respectively. As Cricket is taken away, the monitor changes it's display to the "No Eating" rule.
After the Hero, Jowee and Sock arrive at Galactic Jungle and color is restored to the monitor, the six citizens wait patiently to hear the daily law. The Council begins the broadcast, and reveals a new law against colds and sneezing. The screen switches to a "No Sneezing" display, Kamalah expresses relief over the spread of disease being lowered, only to mistakenly sneeze herself and get arrested for it.
The monitor is seen with the same face symbol display for the rest of Galactic Jungle's part in the story, and is switched off upon it's completion, likely as a result of Click's façade being broken.
