Should it be mentioned underneath the story header that the mayor appears in the opening of Drawn to Life Two Realms rather than it being written as as a piece of trivia?

not really, minor appearances such as that aren't worth putting in the main section (see Choco in TNCWii and Circi in TR). My rule of thumb is that if they appear but don't have any lines, don't mention it anywhere other than trivia. thank you for asking though, I'm happy to help with any wiki questions you may have :)
Good question! I'd go with no. Not only because of what Guy said, but also because he appeared during a flashback recapping the events of the previous games. So there isn't really any new info there in terms of story anyway
