The Windmill Blade is a creation in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii) that is drawn in Floating Meadows.
Once drawn, the Windmill Blade will appear in groups of 4 on windmills throughout Eastern Winds. It will also appear in the windmill in Rapoville. It has no impact on game play whatsoever, and is purely cosmetic.
