In Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii), it can be drawn from the very beginning of the game, and has no impact on gameplay whatsoever. In Drawn to Life: Two Realms, it can be drawn after completing Cookie's level in the main story. Much like the Wii game, it has no impact on gameplay whatsoever.
