The Snowman Nose is a creation in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii) that is drawn in Frosted Cove.
Once drawn, the Snowman Nose will appear on various snowmen throughout Frosted Cove and the Chamber of the Eternal Furnace. They have no impact on game play whatsoever, and are purely cosmetic.

Due to the Snowman Nose being a creation object, the appearance of this object is completely dependent on the player.
