- Pouches can be seen as Mr. Ford's Raposa counterpart.
- They have similar roles in the story, being a loner who enjoys civilizations, Pouches preferring a new-age, outer space civilization.
- This is the only possible counterpart that shares nothing in common sprite-wise.
- In an earlier version of Drawn to Life: Two Realms, Pouches had a more obvious human counterpart. It is unknown why they were cut from the final release.
- The completion text for Bubbles Floating to Space may indicate that Pouches is originally from Galatic Jungle, although this is merely speculation.
