Rob is an older Raposa who grew up in Lavasteam. He used to work in the mines and helped manage the minecart tracks.

Story

When Rob was younger, he grew up in a homophobic household. So when he realized he liked guys, he did everything he could to hide it from the public. Even when he was actually dating guys, he didn't feel comfortable enough to come out. His last ex (who was very abusive) was very upset by this, and thought that his unwillingness to come out meant Rob didn't care about him. Eventually Rob realized how abusive his boyfriend was, and decided it might be best to find someone else.

One day he met Wendy and felt a strong connection to her. In fact, he found himself quite attracted to her (which confused him due to his ex gaslighting him into thinking he was gay). The two quickly began dating each other. However, Rob had some secrets. Not only was he scared to tell her about his attraction to guys, but he also didn't have the courage to officially break up with his ex. So there was a while where he was doing everything he could to keep them far away from each other.

Eventually Wendy became pregnant, which caused Rob to grow stressed. He continued to procrastinate breaking up with his ex, but he one day had enough of the abuse and finished the relationship. However this caused his ex to get really upset with him, which in turn caused the two to argue.

One day when Rob and his ex were arguing with each other, the mines caved in on them. Rob managed to help carry his ex far enough that they were both rescued by Wendy. Luckily they all survived. But the event really scared Wendy, so her and Rob agreed to move from Lavasteam to Raposa Village.

The two started a family together in the Raposa Village. They raised two boys together the best they knew how. Although they often made plenty of mistakes. Rob in particular was very afraid that one of his kids would be gay. He was so scared bad things would happen to them if they were, so he tried his best to "prevent" his sons from being gay. Needless to say, that didn't work at all. When he found out Jack was gay, Rob was so upset. He felt like he failed as a dad.

Rob eventually learned to accept his son, as well as his own bisexuality. He feels awful for the wrongs he committed to everyone (especially Wendy and Jack), and is trying so hard to make it up to them. Even if he isn't completely sure how.

He currently lives in Lavasteam with his wife Wendy. He has returned to passionately working at his old job at the mines. Although, considering his age, he probably shouldn't be working there anymore.
