As it turns out, being able to tear holes in spacetime introduces a lot of energy that we can harness.

Q-Heather

Abyssal Energy is a resource created by GuyThatExists that appears in the short stories Heather Dating Sim and Blank Slates 3. It is energy harvested from The Abyss that was collected by The Engineer and Q-Heather as a means to power their village. Canisters of Abyssal Energy can also be broken to create Abyssal Rifts.

TowerIcon.png Appearance[edit]

Abyssal Energy is seen as a flowing yellow energy. The canisters used to contain Abyssal Energy are cylindrical, metal tubes with a glass window to see the energy inside.

Book Icon.png Story[edit]

After you and Alme jump into The Abyss to fight the Master of the Abyss, The Engineer and Q-Heather begin collecting Abyssal Energy in containers to keep in the village as power supplies. While the Abyssal Rifts are open in Roboville, they continue collecting energy. Eventually, the rifts close and the group returns from the Abyss, where Q-Heather demonstrates how the Abyssal Energy can be used to create the rifts. Later, Q-Heather uses canisters of Abyssal Energy to search for Temte Mapleleaf at Alme's request, traveling to and from three different realms before returning home.

Trivia[edit]

  • The existence and usage of Abyssal Energy violates the Law of Conservation of Energy, which states that energy cannot be created or destroyed.
    • By bringing energy out of The Abyss and into other universes, the total energy in that universe increases, while the total energy in The Abyss decreases. Thus, the law is technically only broken on a universal scale, and remains true on a multiversal scale.
