Rocks!!!”
–Mew Pod
Mew Pod is an Enemy adapted by GuyThatExists that appears in the short story Blank Slates 3 as a minor protagonist. She was a member of Cecil's Militia until her friend Racoomie backed out, at which point she began traveling with Crawler and Fox. She helped fight against Tombstone in the Two Realms Plains, though she decided to ascend into the Developer's Grove and was sent into canon by Eric Kozlowsky.
Appearance[edit]
Mew Pod is a small, yellow tiger-like creature with orange stripes on its back. It resides in a tall, green pitcher plant, which Mew Pod has tied two brown bags to using rope.
Story[edit]
Mew Pod is first seen when Cecil introduces his militia to Repair Guy, Fox, and Pot. She introduced herself by throwing her many rocks into the air around the team, annoying Repair Guy, Fox, and Pot and prompting them to explain that the war against Tombstone wouldn't be as easy to fight as they think. Some time later, after Tombstone takes over the Shadow Village, Racoomie gets cold feet and leaves the militia, prompting Mew Pod to follow after him. However, as the two of them talk, the militia, LARPers, Droogle army, and Shadow army leave for the Baki Temple. Now alone in the Plains with only Racoomie, Crawler, and Fox, they decide to make sure The Next Chapter Village was safe, at Repair Guy's request.
In The Next Chapter Village, the group meets Gargoyle, who had stayed behind and was looking for Stocking, so the group helps Gargoyle find him. Eventually, they run into Stocking in the Color Vat, and the six of them decide to go fight Tombstone back in the Two Realms Plains. Back in the Plains, the group begins fighting with the screeners, Fiora, and Sandal, though Mew Pod and Racoomie are ambushed by Goldie.
While fighting Goldie, she overpowers the two of them and attacks with Mill's stolen powers, eventually, flooding them with Shadow. This attack ends up corrupting Racoomie, though Mew Pod is rescued by Fiora and Stocking, though her pitcher plant is taken by Tombstone. Stocking then teleports Mew Pod out of the fight, sending her to the sleeping Nolan. Shortly after, Crawler, without his mech, is sent to Nolan and Mew Pod, and Nolan wakes up.
The three of them, discussing Tombstone's power, decide to ascend into the Developer's Grove using Nolan's custom mantra. However, when they arrive in the Grove, Goldie and the undead Droogle army had already begun attacking, and Mew Pod jumps into action, fighting against the Droogles as much as possible with only rocks. Eventually, Mew Pod, Sandal, and Nolan were backed into a corner, so Eric Kozlowsky runs up and uses the Stylus to send them to "safety", not knowing that the only safety was in canon. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
