When I think of Rapocity and the Starlite Works, I am reminded of the ambassador to Mayor Ibrahim, Ms. Sariah, and Mayor Elkanah’s assistant, Mr. Hanniel.

Bavel

Hanniel is a Raposa created by GuyThatExists that appears in the short story Bavel's Diary as a minor character. He is an indigenous Rapoville Raposa that was forced out of Rapoville by Eugene Shinar. After living with his exiled people, he would move with them into the Starlite Works, where he would be chosen to be Mayor Elkanah's Assistant.

Before Bavel's Diary[edit]

Hanniel's early life is not known, but he, alongside the rest of the villagers, were chased out of the village by Eugene Shinar when he burned down the village. Hanniel and the villagers would move into Deadwood's trunk, bringing the Book of Life with them. Fifteen years later, Hanniel would move Deadwood and into a new village, the Starlite Works, with the rest of the villagers. He would then be chosen to help assist Mayor Elkanah.

Bavel's Diary[edit]

Bavel first mentions Hanniel while in the Human realm, when he thinks of creating a Deputy Mayor position in Rapoville that would mirror the position Hanniel held. The next week, while Robert Row was given a tour of the Starlite Works, Bavel and Hanniel would meet to discuss establishing the position, and Hanniel warned against appointing anyone still living in the village, as they may secretly still hold the political views of Eugene Shinar.

After Bavel's Diary[edit]

An unknown amount of time later, Hanniel would pass away. It is unknown where his spirit went after death.
