Goldie is a Droogle created by GuyThatExists that appears in the short stories Blank Slates 3 as a supporting antagonist. She was a member of the Droogle Army in the Drawn to Life Village, and was killed during the fight against the Tree King. After her death, she was buried in the Droogle Graveyard and was later absorbed by Tombstone. Later, Goldie's body was used as the leader of Tombstone's proxies, fighting in Warrior's Castle, the Two Realms Plains, and the Developer's Grove. She is eventually permanently trapped in the Developer's Grove by Joseph Tringali.

Appearance

Goldie is a blue, bear-like Droogle with a round head. She wears a set of golden armor and carries a sword. As a part of Tombstone, she gains a purple hue and the ability to melt into Shadow.

Story

Before Blank Slates 3

Some time before the events of Blank Slates 3, Goldie met Pot and the two of them began a relationship, moving in together. During the Tree King's attack on the Wii Village, Goldie was killed in action.

Blank Slates 3

Goldie is first seen two years later in the Droogle Graveyard outside the Drawn to Life Village, when Pot visits her grave. The recently awakened Tombstone begins absorbing the Droogle bodies, including Goldie. Using her body, Tombstone taunts Pot and begins attacking the village. Later, Tombstone uses her body to signal the beginning of its attack on the Shadow Village.

She is not used as a leader for Tombstone's proxies until it gains the powers of Monk from absorbing Mill's smoke. She is first used in the Drawn to Life Village, where she and a infected Droogle army attempting to absorb the original bodies of the Four Guardians. However, this attack is stopped by the combined forces of Heathers, Alme Palmette, and Jinxy, the newly awoken Ninja, Skate, and Tank, and the dimension hopping Temte and Q-Heather, though Goldie vows to get revenge.

She is next seen fighting Racoomie and Mew Pod in the Two Realms Plains, where she easily knocks them over, blinds them, and infects them with Shadow. However, she is quickly grabbed by Gargoyle and thrown back into Tombstone, leaving Fiora and Fox to undo her work. After this, she is sent into the Developer's Grove to meet up with the infected Droogle army that was already there.

In the Grove, she joins the battle, attempting to corner Eric "Koz" Kozlowsky, who had been sending many of the refugees in the Grove to safety with the Stylus. After he sends everyone away, Goldie and the army corner Koz and Joseph Tringali in the Control Booth. When she breaks down the door, Joe had already sent Koz into canon and destroyed the computer system in the booth. Goldie attempts to plead with him to not break the stylus, but he does anyways, stranding himself, Goldie, and the infected Droogle army in the Developer's Grove.

Trivia

• In early drafts of Blank Slates 3, Goldie and the Footstones in the Developer's Grove would have taken the Stylus and sent themselves into Shadow City.
  • This was removed to let The Last Page have more of a focus on the other established characters in the Drawn to Life Series and GuyThatExists' AU.
