She was falsely arrested for attempted regicide against Rose and sentenced to life on Ex-Isle, though after Rose and Miney go over all the exiles on the island, she is released.

Before Exile[edit]
While living in Watersong, Rose believed that Evangeline was responsible for Mayor Zéphirine's death, but due to the slow nature of the government and Butler being able to control Rose's impulses, she was exiled instead.

Evangeline is one of the many Raposa on Ex-Isle who participate in weekly yoga sessions.
