Shadow Mari is an unused character from Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter, and would have appeared in Jowee's nightmare. She formally appears in the short story Blank Slates as one the main antagonists.
Appearance
Shadow Mari takes the form of Mari, albeit covered in a layer of Shadow.
Story
Shadow Mari is first seen after the Four Guardians, Willham, and Mayo send Mildew to the Developer's Grove. She sent a beam of Shadow towards the Discussion Grounds and began to interrogate the Guardians and screeners. She demanded them to bring Mildew back down to The Void, but when they refused, she threatened to create life throughout the void. After Willham begging her not to and Ore calling her bluff, she covered Ore in Shadow and shot a beam of shadow through Willham, killing him.
