After appearing on The Wasteland, she would watch a time traveling Milfre fight her father, and when Milfre entered her Time Machine, Celia entered with her, though she is ripped out of the machine by the combined forces of electricity, Color, and Ink interacting with a shard of Mannequite. She is later released from the shard and inhabits a Robosa in Key's lab.

Celia is an adult Raposa with purple, medium length hair. She is typically seen in all black.

During her life, Celia grew close with Key and would frequently collaborate with him. While visiting Watersong, she was murdered by Anne-Lise.

After proving that she was a time traveler, Celia is excited, explaining her theory of potential time travel to Uzim, Sin Sin, and Letit Hallor. When Milfre leaves for her Time Machine, Celia runs inside just in time for Stampy to mess with the controls and send the three of them into the future.
