The Hay Ghoul is a mythological Shadow created by GuyThatExists that appears in Guy's Various DTL One-Shots, more specifically A Ghoul For Zero Verbard as a main character in The Ghoultale. It is a Shadow Ghoul that had become a mythical figure by the 3500s. In The Ghoultale, it wants to help Zero Verbard deliver presents, and after a misunderstanding, it joins his crew.

Appearance

The Hay Ghoul appears as a typical Shadow Ghoul, but covered in hay.

Story

In The Ghoultale, the Hay Ghoul visits Zero Verbard, wanting to travel the world to deliver presents with him, but it is attacked by The Eight Sheepdog, so it flees, hiding in a pile of hay. When Zero Verbard catches up to him and asks what was wrong, the Hay Ghoul explains that it just wanted to help Verbard, so the two of them begin working together.
