Circi Loves Wilfre

At some point in his life, Steven met a woman named Hawwah, and the two of them settled down together. They eventually had a child and named him Wilfre.

Steven is first seen when Circi, Percate, and Athys arrive in Rapoville. He welcomes them with the Mayor and his son, Wilfre. The six of them head to Percate's new home and settle in.

Eleven years later, Wilfre finds Steven in his house with a slash across his chest, and calls for help. Circi, Percate, Mayor, Cricket, and Dr. Cure arrive at the house, and Dr. Cure proclaims him dead. Cricket pulls the adults aside and say that he suspects murder.

After Circi discovers the ghosts of Wilfre's Wasteland, Steven, one of the many ghosts, teleports Circi to Wilfre's quarters. Eventually, as more ghosts arrive on the island, they elect Steven as their Mayor, and the island is renamed to simply The Wasteland.

Salem Rose Pt. 1

Steven is next seen in 2042 attending the 10th annual Creator's Alliance meeting. He chastises Mari's decision to keep Wilfre in hiding without letting anyone else in the group know, but he does not remove himself from the Alliance afterwards. He is later seen asking Milfre to help him with the Stellar Showdown Housing Project. As she is the only alive Raposa on the island, he asks her to help fly stuff to higher levels.

Later, he calls Miles, asking for his help with the project as well. When he arrives in the Time Machine with YoYaYa, Steven directs him to the area where they are working. After Miles and Milfre are done working for the day, they go to Steven, asking him if she can go to Watersong with him. Steven asks Milfre to stay at The Wasteland, but after showing that she trusts Miles, he allows her to leave.

Sometime after Miles becomes Salem Rose and fights Milfre inside Deadwood, Salem Rose returns to The Wasteland and levels the Stellar Showdown Housing Project. Steven tries to help some of the ghosts in the housing get to safety, allowing Salem Rose to steal the Lavasteam and Galactic Jungle Orbs and leave the village.

Salem Rose Pt. 2

Steven is next seen when Kamalah drops Milfre off back at The Wasteland. He, Mayor, and Athys approach her and explain what Salem Rose had done. When Milfre says that she's going to kill him, she's cut of by Meeny, who asks her to spare him. Steven watches as Milfre absorbs the Watersong Orb and flies off to Galactic Jungle, revealing herself as a Creation Hero.

I apologize for my boy, Wilfre. He’s getting into that phase where he doesn’t like to talk. My name is Steven.

–Steven

Well, I apologize but Wilfre and I must be heading home now. If you need anything from us, please don’t hesitate to visit. We live just next to Town Hall.

–Steven

If you want to help my son, I want to help you.

–Steven

He may not have shadow powers, but he does have color powers! Don’t forget that all of us at the Wasteland saw his fight too.
My son may not be a villain anymore, but he is still a threat!

–Steven

If this is about Russet, Miles, and Metis, just forget about them. Yes, your father did terrible things, but he’s a changed man.
Don’t forget the stories your mother told you.

–Steven

Can you help Mayor, Puck, and Hawwah with some of the new housing in Stellar Showdown?

–Steven

We may be ghosts, but ironically enough, most of us can’t fly.

–Steven

Listen, I need to ask you for a favor. Could you come to The Wasteland and help me with a project of my own?

–Steven

Are you sure about this? We could still use your help around here.

–Steven

Well, if that’s the case, then I see no problem letting you go back to Watersong.

–Steven

Do you remember your fight with your father back in 2013? You used one of the village orbs to protect the Wasteland from a giant monster.

–Steven

He demanded the three orbs, and when we wouldn’t give them to him, he destroyed the housing project.
While we were distracted trying to get people out of the way, he took the Galactic Jungle and Lavasteam orbs.

–Steven

We’re immortal, not invulnerable. Getting crushed by a 20-story building will hurt us just as much as it would hurt you.

–Steven

We noticed him grabbing the other two orbs and then he ran back to his time machine, yelling something about getting rid of roadblocks.

–Steven

Any…time…how did you do that?

–Steven
