Yul was one of Eugene Shinar's old trading partners, though he never stayed in Rapoville for a long stretch of time.
Bavel's Diary
Bavel first mentions Yul after opening up one-on-one help sessions for the villagers, which Yul attends. In this session, he tells Bavel of his fears of founding a new village, so Bavel uses the Book of Imagination to ease his worries. Later on, Yul went with Bavel to Snowy-Snow Mountain to meet with Frostwind. However, when Frostwind told Yul that Temny wasn't real, Yul gets upset and leaves Rapoville.
