| + | ====Attack on the Drawn to Life Village==== | ||
Tombstone is first formally seen two years after the Jungle Creature's original defeat. It wakes up in the Droogle Graveyard after hearing Pot talking to his deceased partner - Goldie. It begins absorbing the bodies of the deceased Droogles, including Goldie, and uses her face to scare Pot. After Pot runs away from it, it enters the Drawn to Life Village proper, attempting to destroy the Warrior's Castle in the center of the village. | Tombstone is first formally seen two years after the Jungle Creature's original defeat. After Pot runs away from it, it enters the Drawn to Life Village proper, attempting to destroy the Warrior's Castle in the center of the village. | ||
| + | |||
| + | It is soon distracted by Fox and the Droogle Killer, who had emerged to start the fight against it. Tombstone engages with the Droogle Killer, quickly overpowering it by abusing the Killer's care for the village, eventually killing it and absorbing it, stealing its mannequin. Other fighters soon join the fight against Tombstone, including the Droogle army, Jinxy, and Alme. However, Tombstone is easily able to overpower them, forcing the Droogle army to retreat. Soon, Lambert arrives and begins fighting, mocking Tombstone and attacking with Mizu's Trident. However, just as Tombstone overpowers Lambert, it is attacked by Crawler, Sorcerer, Violet, and Rocket Vulture, all piercing through it with their respective attacks. Just before it collapses, Lambert unleashes a burst of water, saving himself from Tombstone. | ||
| + | |||
| + | Tombstone remains unconscious for a moment, but is soon accidentally revived by Gingerfre and his Shadow army. Once revived, Tombstone starts absorbing some of the Shadows and eventually absorbs a Shadow Stone, granting it enhanced Shadow abilities, but decides to retreat into the village, encasing it in a Shadow bubble. The fighters retreat to the Two Realms Plains, leaving Tombstone and its thralls behind. | ||
| + | |||
| + | ====Attack on the Shadow Village==== | ||
| + | Eventually, Tombstone reemerges in the Shadow Village, using Goldie's face to scare Gingerfre, Selfishness, and Depression. It then emerges from the ground in the village, starting by attacking Gingerfre's Tower, the tallest building in the village. Gingerfre is the first to attack it, but Tombstone is able to block his attacks by creating shields out of debris. Red Dragon joins in next, shooting fire at Tombstone. Willham attacks next, deleting Tombstone's eye, enough of a distraction for the other fighters arriving to do some damage. The Four Guardians and Jinxy also join the fight, doing considerable damage to Tombstone. | ||
| + | |||
| + | Eventually, Tombstone is taken down once more, but with its last bit of energy, it collapses into a tidal wave, crushing parts of the village and assimilating Aly, who had been standing just outside the village. However, the Five Aldarks launch their offensive, convincing multiple Shadows to sacrifice themselves to Tombstone to revitalize it, taking many Droogle hostages with them. As Tombstone reforms, it also assimilates Lambert and Red Dragon, who had used a Minimus' mantra, allowing parts of Tombstone to ascend into the Developer's Grove. While reforming, a burst of energy outside the village knocks Sparky and Mill out of their bodies, which Tombstone absorbs. Tombstone also absorbs Mill's smoke, granting it all the abilities Mill had. It then descends back into the ground, creating another Shadow bubble over the village. | ||
| + | |||
| + | ====Attack on Warrior's Castle==== | ||
| + | Now having the powers of a screener - Monk - Tombstone begins splitting itself into multiple bodies, allowing it to attack parties in the Drawn to Life and Shadow Villages when they arrive. In the Drawn to Life Village, Tombstone, as Goldie, sends a group of possessed Droogles into the Warrior's Castle, attempting to absorb the original bodies of the Four Guardians. However, this attack is stopped by the combined forces of Heathers, Alme, and Jinxy, the newly awoken Ninja, Skate, and Tank, and the dimension hopping Temte and Q-Heather. | ||
| + | |||
| + | ====Ambushing Gingerfre==== | ||
| + | In the Shadow Village, Gingerfre, Violet, and Hoopz search for Red Dragon and Lambert, so Tombstone uses their bodies to lure them into a trap. However, Violet and Hoopz are knocked out of their bodies and summoned to their original bodies - Skate and Tank - leaving Gingerfre to fight many of Tombstone's thralls on his own. Tombstone uses Depression, Lambert, Red Dragon, Mill's smoke, Robot, and many Droogles to try and defeat Gingerfre, but the Raposa gains the upper hand by stealing Mizu's Trident and escaping from the village. However, he watches on, Tombstone dissolves the entire village into Shadow, adding it to its mass. | ||
| + | |||
| + | ====Attack on the Two Realms Plains==== | ||
| + | Tombstone is next seen in the Two Realms Plains, where it slowly opens the sealed Shadow Hole, tossing Lambert's body out of the group in an attempt to ambush them. However, no one except Fiora falls for its charade, so it knocks Sandal into the Hole and emerges, starting another fight. It starts by throwing many flaming balls of Shadow throughout the Plains, ignoring the attacks from the screeners, Fiora, Nolan. It soon summons Goldie to the battle to take care of the fighters while it works, and Goldie eventually infects both Racoomie and Mew Pod, though Mew Pod is able to be cleansed. Tombstone itself also manages to absorb Crawler's mech, taking away the Monkey's defenses. After this, Willham begins deleting chunks of Tombstone's body, though it seems to have no effect, and the Shadow balls tossed around the Plains begin erupting into Shadow bubbles, enveloping the Plains. | ||
| + | |||
| + | After recuperating from its injuries, Tombstone reaches into the Drawn to Life and Shadow Villages, taking control of Drakon's and Red Dragon's bodies, sicing them on The Void. While two groups break off to fight these thralls, Tombstone itself emerges from the Plains' bubble. It also sends a group of Droogles, lead by Goldie, into the Developer's Grove to attack. | ||
| + | |||
| + | ====Attack on the Developer's Grove==== | ||
| + | In the Developer's Grove, the Droogles attempt to use the Wishing Well to make it into canon, but Joseph Tringali had shut it down to prevent that from happening. The Droogles are able to ambush and enthrall some of the refugees from The Void, but they are mostly held back by the combined forces of Repair Guy, GenericChallenge, Rocket Vulture, Nolan, Hybrid, and Eric "Koz" Kozlowsky, the last of whom was using the Stylus to send the refugees to "Safety", inadvertently sending them all into canon. | ||
| + | |||
| + | Once all the refugees were gone, Koz returns to the Control Booth, where Joe reveals that sending everyone into canon was intentional, and he sends Koz into canon with them, leaving Joe alone with the Droogles. To prevent them from escaping into canon in any way, Joe begins destroying the computers in the booth, and when Goldie breaks down the booth's door, Joe snaps the Stylus in half, permanently trapping Goldie, the other enthralled Droogles, and Joe in the Grove. | ||
| + | |||
| + | ====Red Dragon's Attack==== | ||
| + | Using Red Dragon as a thrall, Tombstone aims to absorb The Next Chapter Village, but its efforts are halted by Gingerfre, Fiora, Stocking, Gargoyle, and Skate. Tombstone is able to dodge and redirect most of the group's attacks, but is unprepared for Skate to use her abilities from Monk to transform Red's wings into slimes, causing the dragon to plummet to the ground. Before Tombstone is able to retaliate, Skate transforms all of Red Dragon's limbs into slimes. This gives Fiora the opportunity to blast Red's body with God Rays, completely removing Tombstone's influence. | ||
| + | |||
| + | ====Drakon's Attack==== | ||
| + | Using Drakon as a thrall, Tombstone aims to absorb the Wii Village, but its efforts are halted by the Tree King, Shadokomo, Rata, Tat & Tat, Ninja, and Abyss, leading a small Shadow army. Tombstone primarily focuses on dispatching the Tree King, as his size is the biggest threat against Drakon's body. Eventually, Ninja decides to use her abilities from Monk, transforming Drakon's wings into fish with legs. This causes Drakon to plummet, and the fighters converge on his body. Ninja is able to transform Drakon's other body parts into fish, but not before Drakon's claws destroy the rats' UFO. Drakon's body is soon defeated by the Tree King, who throws him into the massive tree in the center of the Wii Village and jumping on his head. Before Drakon is able to melt into Shadow however, the Tree King chucks him back into the Drawn to Life Village's bubble. | ||
| + | |||
| + | ====Fighting Against The Void==== | ||
| + | When we next see Tombstone's proper body, Stocking attacks it with Mizu's Trident, a gift from Gingerfre, piercing Tombstone's eye. In retaliation, Tombstone swings the Droogle Killer's mannequin towards the group, though it is parried by SuperRapo, Apprentice, and Heathers. The Droogle army joins in by using their God Ray-enhanced weapons to deal damage to Tombstone, and Tombstone shoots a glare towards the yet-to-be-killed Drakon. | ||
| + | |||
| + | After Drakon is defeated, all of Tombstone's abilities had returned to its main body, standing incredibly tall in The Void, and it begins to melt into an amorphous blob. It is able to block the next round of attacks with the debris it had collected, now using full-sized buildings to block attacks. It then throws two buildings on the ground in an attempt to crush all the fighters, but one building is caught and thrown away by the Tree King, while the other is cut in half by Tombstone. One half of this building is pushed back into Tombstone's body, but the other flies through the air, nearly crushing some of the fighters. However, once it lands, the surviving Guardians combine their abilities from Monk and transform the building into a knight, which starts attacking Tombstone. | ||
| + | |||
| + | Tombstone is distracted by the knight, allowing Shadow Mari to send a beam of Color and Shadow, sent from the Color Vat, into Tombstone, blasting a hole in it. While recovering, Tombstone sweeps the fighters with a massive Shadow limb, absorbing some of the less mobile fighters. However, before they can be fully assimilated by Tombstone, the knight cuts off the limb, allowing the captives to be rescued. However, Alme was still captive in the limb as Tombstone nearly reabsorbed it, prompting Temte to unknowingly teleport him into canon. | ||
| + | |||
| + | The fight continues for a while longer with little permanent damage done to Tombstone, and Tombstone is able to finally take down the knight, reabsorbing it. As the Tree King announced that it had a plan to take out Tombstone, Tombstone catches another group of fighters in a Shadow limb, pulling the fighters' attention away from its main body. However, taking advantage of the chaos, Tombstone slams down another limb absorbing everyone except for the screeners, the Guardians, the Tree King, and Temte. Temte sends all of the fighters into canon before Tombstone can absorb them and begins transforming into the Master of the Abyss once more to fight Tombstone. | ||
| + | |||
| + | ====Tombstone's Final Stand==== | ||
| + | Just then, the Tree King emerges from the Baki Temple in his ninth and final life, running towards Tombstone. The Master is able to send the Guardians and Shadow Mari into canon, leaving only Willham and Warrior's body behind in the Guardians' HQ. Knowing that it was finally a fair fight, Tombstone dissolves the three bubbles and adds the mass of the Drawn to Life Village and Two Realms Plains to its form. Matching Tombstone's stature, the Master and the Tree King begin attacking Tombstone, using the Master's brawn and the God Rays provided to the Tree King from his new crown. The Tree King manages to rip pieces of Tombstone out of its body, throwing them to the side and blasting them with God Rays, removing Tombstone's influence. | ||
| + | |||
| + | Tombstone gets fed up with them and throws a building onto both of them, the Warrior's Castle for the Master and Gingerfre's Tower for the Tree King. As the Master breaks out of the castle, the Tree King calls for help, as his God Rays couldn't penetrate the tower and reach Tombstone. The Master lifts the building off of Tombstone, inadvertently allowing Tombstone to drag the Tree King into its fold, but not before he gives his crown to the Master. In an attempt to match the Master's new power, Tombstone begins moving towards the last two villages, so the Master stops this plan by sending the buildings in the villages into canon. | ||
| + | |||
| + | Seizing the opportunity to attack, Tombstone split itself into four bodies to attempt to envelop the Master, but she jumps out of the way before it can grab her. After merging back together, Tombstone fires a massive blast of flame, light, wind, electricity, and Shadow towards the Master, but she holds strong, firing a blast of God Rays through its attack, blasting its body enough to almost entirely negate Tombstone's influence. After the overexertion, the Master is forced back into Temte, who falls to the ground with the crown. | ||
| + | |||
| + | Tombstone, now condensed into a single body - Tomohawk's - begs for its life, promising to do no harm. However, not believing it, Temte grips the crown and hits Tombstone with it, knocking the Shadow monster out of Tomohawk's body. She then puts the crown back on and blasts the small piece of Tombstone with God Rays, killing the Jungle Creature for good. | ||

–Tombstone
Tombstone is a Shadow being created by GuyThatExists that appears in the short story Blank Slates 3 as the primary antagonist.
It was created from a piece of the Jungle Creature that laid dormant underneath the Drawn to Life Village for two years, eventually waking up to absorb the bodies of the deceased Droogles in the Droogle Graveyard. It went on to absorb many residents of The Void, as well as three of the five villages. It was eventually defeated by the combined efforts of the Tree King, Temte Mapleleaf, and Mayo.
Appearance[edit]
Tombstone has the ability to change its shape at will, but its body is composed of Shadow sludge, Droogle bodies, and the graves of said Droogles. Eventually, it would also gain the skeleton of the Droogle Killer, screener smoke from Mill, and buildings from the villages it absorbed.
In all of its forms, it has two white eyes that function as its weak spots.

Blank Slates 3[edit]
Attack on the Drawn to Life Village[edit]
Tombstone is first formally seen two years after the Jungle Creature's original defeat. It wakes up in the Droogle Graveyard after hearing Pot talking to his deceased partner - Goldie. It begins absorbing the bodies of the deceased Droogles, including Goldie, and uses her face to scare Pot. After Pot runs away from it, it enters the Drawn to Life Village proper, attempting to destroy the Warrior's Castle in the center of the village.
It is soon distracted by Fox and the Droogle Killer, who had emerged to start the fight against it.
Tombstone remains unconscious for a moment, but is soon accidentally revived by Gingerfre and his Shadow army.
Attack on the Shadow Village[edit]
Eventually, Tombstone reemerges in the Shadow Village, using Goldie's face to scare Gingerfre, Selfishness, and Depression.
Eventually, Tombstone is taken down once more, but with its last bit of energy, it collapses into a tidal wave, crushing parts of the village and assimilating Aly, who had been standing just outside the village.
Attack on Warrior's Castle[edit]
Now having the powers of a screener - Monk - Tombstone begins splitting itself into multiple bodies, allowing it to attack parties in the Drawn to Life and Shadow Villages when they arrive.
Ambushing Gingerfre[edit]
In the Shadow Village, Gingerfre, Violet, and Hoopz search for Red Dragon and Lambert, so Tombstone uses their bodies to lure them into a trap.
Attack on the Two Realms Plains[edit]
Tombstone is next seen in the Two Realms Plains, where it slowly opens the sealed Shadow Hole, tossing Lambert's body out of the group in an attempt to ambush them.
After recuperating from its injuries, Tombstone reaches into the Drawn to Life and Shadow Villages, taking control of Drakon's and Red Dragon's bodies, sicing them on The Void. While two groups break off to fight these thralls, Tombstone itself emerges from the Plains' bubble. It also sends a group of Droogles, lead by Goldie, into the Developer's Grove to attack.
Attack on the Developer's Grove[edit]
In the Developer's Grove, the Droogles attempt to use the Wishing Well to make it into canon, but Joseph Tringali had shut it down to prevent that from happening.
Once all the refugees were gone, Koz returns to the Control Booth, where Joe reveals that sending everyone into canon was intentional, and he sends Koz into canon with them, leaving Joe alone with the Droogles. To prevent them from escaping into canon in any way, Joe begins destroying the computers in the booth, and when Goldie breaks down the booth's door, Joe snaps the Stylus in half, permanently trapping Goldie, the other enthralled Droogles, and Joe in the Grove.
Red Dragon's Attack[edit]
Using Red Dragon as a thrall, Tombstone aims to absorb The Next Chapter Village, but its efforts are halted by Gingerfre, Fiora, Stocking, Gargoyle, and Skate.
Drakon's Attack[edit]
Using Drakon as a thrall, Tombstone aims to absorb the Wii Village, but its efforts are halted by the Tree King, Shadokomo, Rata, Tat & Tat, Ninja, and Abyss, leading a small Shadow army.
Fighting Against The Void[edit]
When we next see Tombstone's proper body, Stocking attacks it with Mizu's Trident, a gift from Gingerfre, piercing Tombstone's eye.
After Drakon is defeated, all of Tombstone's abilities had returned to its main body, standing incredibly tall in The Void, and it begins to melt into an amorphous blob.
Tombstone is distracted by the knight, allowing Shadow Mari to send a beam of Color and Shadow, sent from the Color Vat, into Tombstone, blasting a hole in it.
The fight continues for a while longer with little permanent damage done to Tombstone, and Tombstone is able to finally take down the knight, reabsorbing it.
Tombstone's Final Stand[edit]
Just then, the Tree King emerges from the Baki Temple in his ninth and final life, running towards Tombstone.
Tombstone gets fed up with them and throws a building onto both of them, the Warrior's Castle for the Master and Gingerfre's Tower for the Tree King.
Seizing the opportunity to attack, Tombstone split itself into four bodies to attempt to envelop the Master, but she jumps out of the way before it can grab her.
Tombstone, now condensed into a single body - Tomohawk's - begs for its life, promising to do no harm. However, not believing it, Temte grips the crown and hits Tombstone with it, knocking the Shadow monster out of Tomohawk's body. She then puts the crown back on and blasts the small piece of Tombstone with God Rays, killing the Jungle Creature for good.

Trivia[edit]
- Tombstone's inclusion in Heather Dating Sim Chapter 3 was meant to foreshadow its appearance in Blank Slates 3.
- According to GuyThatExists, Tombstone's final form was called "Monument", and the infected Droogle army were called "Footstones".
- In early drafts of Blank Slates 3, Goldie and the Footstones in the Developer's Grove would have taken the Stylus and sent themselves into Shadow City.
- This was removed to let The Last Page have more of a focus on the other established characters in the Drawn to Life Series and GuyThatExists' AU.
