Beta King is a character based on a beta version of a boss from Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter. It appears in the short story Blank Slates as a minor character.
Appearance
Beta King black blob wearing a crown. It pilots the same mech that Click does during the Queen and King boss fight in the final game.
Story
Beta King is first seen when Drakon and Dinofrog arrive in the Drawn to Life Village during the boss meeting. After the bosses' discussion, Beta King goes with Crawler to fight the screeners. When they make it to The Next Chapter Village, Willham sweeps over them, deleting the village and Beta King.
Eventually, Shadow Mari sends beams of Shadow through The Void again, presumably bringing Beta King back to life. It presumably joins Crawler and the surviving Droogles in their LARPing group.
