–Tree King
The Tree King is a Monkey adapted by GuyThatExists that appears in the short stories Blank Slates 2 as a primary antagonist and Blank Slates 3 as a supporting character. He also appears in the one-shot Heather Dating Sim Prelude as a supporting character.
He built a team composed of cut bosses and enemies with the goal of freeing the Jungle Creature, taking over The Void, and restoring the Shadow and Ink. He has the ability to be reincarnated, and he has survived two deaths because of this. His plans were stopped by Crawler's LARPing Group, the Four Guardians, the screeners, and many more residents of the void, sealing him inside the Baki Temple. Two years later, he devises a plan to use his multiple bodies to help take Tombstone down, and when he is set free, he takes over Cecil's Militia. Eventually, during the final battle, he is able to enter his final form, a massive Monkey with a God Ray powered crown that he uses to fight. HE is eventually absorbed by Tombstone and gives his crown to the Master of the Abyss, giving her the power she needed to kill Tombstone.
Appearance
As the Tree King has nine forms, his appearance changes drastically with each reincarnation.
The first Tree King is a rectangular monkey with four arms, red eyes, and a burning flame atop his head.
The second Tree King has beefier arms, and two of them also carry flames. In his Shadow form, he is much larger and his eyes glow red.
The third Tree King also has four, beefy arms, but only one flame. His eyes are black, and he wears a grass skirt.
The fourth Tree King still has four arms, with a flame for hair and one in his hand. He also has a stick in his hand and a stick holding his flame-hair up.
The fifth Tree King is smaller and slimmer, still having four thin arms, and only has a flame on its head. It also has a long, prehensile tail.
The sixth Tree King is bulky once more, with its four arms being much thicker. It regains the stick holding its flame-hair up.
The seventh Tree King is much fatter and has a necklace with a leaf on it. It still has four arms, flame-hair, and a stick holding said hair up.
The eighth Tree King loses many of its defining attributes, going back down to two arms and losing its flame-hair, though it regains a tail.
The ninth and final Tree King doesn't resemble any other versions of itself, becoming much taller and gaining purple fur. It wears orange and red robes, a brown bead necklace, and a large gold crown which exudes God Rays.
Story
First Body
The Tree King was brought to life by Shadow Mari in her original attack, though he was deleted by Willham in his attempt to kill Jinxy. He would be revived in his first body when Shadow Mari repopulated The Void again.
Heather Dating Sim Prelude
Years later, while recruiting Squid and Robot for his team, the three of them are scared by Temte Mapleleaf, who wanted to join their group. However, the Tree King rejected her as she was unable to control her abilities. The Tree King then headed towards the Drawn to Life Village, where he recruited Gingerfre and Red Dragon.
Blank Slates 2 Begins
The Tree King begins his attack on the Baki Temple while the Four Guardians and screeners dealt with Salem Rose. However, Jinxy and Crawler's LARPing Group soon appear to stop them, but their attacks are easily diverted to hit the Baki Temple. After the wall to the Baki Temple is torn down and the Jungle Creature is freed, the Tree King's group begins to trap the LARPing Group and Jinxy inside the temple, sealing it once they were all inside.
The Tree King notes that Gingerfre and Red Dragon had escaped, and that Robot had been injured during the fight, and the group heads for The Next Chapter Village. Unbeknownst to him, Robot had been replaced by Paint, creating Sparky. When they arrive at the village, they find the Color Vat, and the Tree King watches as the Jungle Creature begins to send beams of Shadow and Color throughout the void. Sparky begins to fight it, so the Tree King and Squid intervene. However, Mill, Lambert, Fiora, and Sandal arrive in time to help Sparky fight the Tree King's group.
The Tree King is able to hold off the group, but when Violet, Hoopz, Fox, Nolan, and Rocko arrive, the Squid is easily defeated. Lambert picks up Mizu's Trident, gaining powers, and he helps kill the Tree King. However, the Tree King vows to return, and from inside the Baki Temple, the Tree King's second body ignites.
Second Body
The LARPing Group hears the Tree King waking up and barely breaks down the door in time to avoid being crushed by the new Tree King. Once outside, the Tree King looks around at all the Shadow and Ink creatures roaming free, and he states that he won. The LARPing group starts to fight back, so the Tree King bonds with a piece of the Jungle Creature, creating the Shadow Tree King. In this form, he destroys the Ink Well, releasing even more Shadow and Ink creatures, but they refuse to fight with him. This angers the Tree King and the Jungle Creature, so they start attack everyone.
The LARPing Group and the creatures are soon joined by the Guardians, the screeners, and more, and he begins to taunt Lambert, stating that he won't be able to kill him as easy this time. The Tree King continues to attack as Lambert recruits Mill and Willham to help extinguish all three of the Tree King's flames. This plan works, but the third body of the Tree King ignites and almost makes it to the battlefield, but Shadow Mari traps it inside the temple.
Third Body
Over the next two years, the Tree King's third body would die naturally due to starvation. Some time during these two years, the Tree King would be close to the Master of the Abyss' attacks, though he would survive.
Fourth Body
Blank Slates 3 Begins
In his fourth body, the Tree King is able to avoid starvation by picking his old body clean, and he is next seen talking with Jinxy and Heathers about the Jungle Creatures plans and why he didn't let Temte Mapleleaf onto his team. However, when Tombstone attacks the Drawn to Life Village, the Tree King retreats back to his den, where he begins uncovering his ninth life, which was underneath the Baki Temple.
Later, when Jinxy returns from the fight, he tells everyone in the village that they would need to either ascend to the Developer's Grove or stay behind to fight Tombstone. The Tree King calls out to Jinxy, as he didn't have a mantra, but Jinxy refuses to let him out of the Temple under any conditions, so the Tree King leaves to continue working on uncovering his ninth body.
Much later, Cecil's Militia happens upon the Tree King's Den while he isn't there, observing his next few bodies and the crack in the ground he had been working on. However, the Tree King quickly returns and fights the group. They are able to hold their own against him, but Rusty and Pet run away as soon as they can, leaving Cecil and Shadokomo to speak with him. The Tree King then offers to be the weapon that Cecil and Shadokomo were looking for, and he shows them his ninth body.
Eventually, they all leave the Baki Temple, with the Tree King an official part of the militia now. On their way back to the Guardians' HQ, the Tree King confronts Cecil for being scared of him, and Cecil stands up to him, promising that once Tombstone was defeated, he would do everything in his power to stop the Tree King. Respecting his ambition, the Tree King promises to give Cecil a good challenge when Tombstone was dealt with. As they get closer, the Tree King sees a group of fighters at the HQ preparing to attack him, so he ignites with Shadokomo and fights them, though they are able to defeat him.
Fifth Body
Returning to the HQ from his den, the Tree King sees the damage his previous body had done, and he listens to Willham explain what their next plans of attack were against Tombstone. However, when the bodies of Drakon and Red Dragon emerge from the two villages Tombstone had taken over, the Tree King decides to go fight Drakon's body. Running towards the Wii Village, the Tree King prepares to fight Drakon, though Drakon is able to kill him easily, awakening his sixth body.
Sixth Body
In his sixth body, the Tree King runs out of the Baki Temple and picks up his fifth body, chucking it towards Drakon, knocking the Drakon back. The two of them continue to fight, with the Tree King receiving help from Abyss and The Void's Shadow army, Ninja with her powers from Monk, and Shadokomo. However, Drakon eventually grabs the Tree King and extinguishes his flame, killing his sixth body and awakening his seventh.
Seventh Body
In his seventh body, the Tree King returns to the fight after Ninja had already begun transforming pieces of Drakon. The Tree King lands behind Drakon and uses all of his power to punch the dragon into the tree in the center of the Wii Village. As Drakon slumps to the ground, the Tree King jumps into the air and lands square on Drakon's snout, crushing his head. as Drakon's body begins disintegrating into Shadow, the Tree King picks up his body and chucks it back into the Drawn to Life Village's bubble, and he returns to the fight against Tombstone proper with everyone else.
When the Tree King returns, he arrives just in time to catch a building that Tombstone was swinging across the battlefield, throwing it into the bubble over the Two Realms Plains. Eventually, when Tombstone attempts to absorb some fighters and Temte teleports Alme Palmette away, he commends Temte for her abilities. However, as the fight rages on and little damage is being done to Tombstone, Fox asks if anyone had any ideas, and the Tree King, remembering his ninth life, asks Willham to delete him, which he does.
Eighth Body
Waking up in his eighth body, the Tree King runs as fast as possible back to the battlefield, where Willham deletes him again, awaking his ninth and final life.
Final Body
Waking up in his final, massive body underneath the Baki Temple, the Tree King claws his way through the crack he had made and crawls through the tunnels in the Baki Temple, bursting out and standing as tall as the Wii Village itself, matching Tombstone's final form and the re-emerged Master of the Abyss in height. Running over to fight Tombstone, he joins forces with the Master, and the two of them begin fighting Tombstone.
With his new stature and his crown emanating God Rays, the Tree King is able to tear pieces of Tombstone off of its body and throw them to the side, blasting them with God Rays so Tombstone couldn't reassimilate with them. However, as Tombstone gets enraged, it summons two buildings that it had absorbed, Warrior's Castle and Gingerfre's Watchtower, and uses them to trap the Master and pin down the Tree King respectively.
With the Tree King trapped, Tombstone begins absorbing him, but before he can be fully absorbed, the Master breaks out of the Castle and runs over, picking up the building. However, Tombstone takes the opportunity to collapse into a tidal wave, crashing onto the Tree King. Before being fully absorbed though, the Tree King takes off his God Ray Crown and gives it to the Master in a last ditch attempt to save The Void. As she puts the crown on, the Tree King is fully absorbed by Tombstone, killing the Tree King for good.

Trivia
- The Tree King's group could possibly be a reference to Count Bleck's group from Super Paper Mario, with the Tree King taking the role of Count Bleck himself.
- They are both the leaders of the group, and are both used by a subordinate, Jungle Creature and Dimentio respectively, to further other goals.
- In an early draft of Blank Slates 3, the Tree King would have summoned his remaining bodies to all fight Tombstone together during the final battle. This was changed due to his order of lives changing and the addition of his final life.
